Edit Credit Card Info window
Purpose
Use this window to enter or edit credit card information for a customer when you are adding and changing customers or students.
To access this window
Click Edit on the Add/Change Customer window - Personal tab or Add/Change Students window.

Item descriptions
Fields and boxes
| Item | Description |

| Swipe/Enter Card | Place your cursor in this box and either swipe a credit card on your card stripe reader or type in a credit card number. |
| Card# | Displays the credit card number of the card you swiped or entered. |
| Expires | Displays the expiration date of the credit card you swiped. If you entered a credit card number in the Swipe/Enter Card box, enter the expiration date here in MM/YY format (such as 01/15 for January 2015). |
| enrollment authorization amount | The authorization amount used when enrolling credit cards in OpenEdge. You may want to increase this amount if the credit card is declined. |
| Bill Name | Displays the name on the customer account associated with this student, or the person responsible for making payments for this student. Update this value as necessary. |
| Street/Zip | Displays the street address and ZIP Code of the customer associated with this student. |

If you have purchased additional services through OpenEdge to minimize card declines for recurring customer payments, this box displays information from OpenEdge's nightly updates regarding any lost, stolen, or expired card on file information. |
Buttons

| Enroll | Sends the credit card information to OpenEdge, Vantiv Integrated Payments, or TSYS Merchant Solutions for authorization. |
| Exit | Returns to the previous window. |
